OMG how did I miss this? Thank you so much for being an AMAZING moderator. I hope the next mod/leader can be as great as you and keep the forums in check. I’m a bit nervous this will be the end of the forums, but at the same time I’m optimistic! I’m sure in a bit the forums will be up and better than ever!

I’m sorry for being so off-topic, but I can’t not respond.
Blackhole, we’ve known each other for a while on this forum. Since the summer of '23, you’ve been one of my top role models, and I’ve greatly appreciated all you’ve done for me, and this whole community. To be quite frank, I don’t know how I go on without you. You were there when I needed some help with my block code, when I needed help knowing what to do next, how to solve this problem, how that on the forum worked, etc. And every time I would take some time off, the first person to say “welcome back hth!” was you. You’ve been a keystone of this community, and I can’t thank you enough for that.
To put it in shorter terms, there’s nothing more true than:

I agree with Wywy. The majority of individuals lack the necessary skills to become a tl4 or moderator. people who actually helped were not very active or not active at all right now. Tthe people who are always active barely helped, I feel like we should just stop with the “oh I wonder who will the next tl4 be~” and the related conversation, this is annoying, and is extremely disrespectful to blackhole.
It would be prudent to cease debating the matter and allow Jeffo, Pharlain, and Josh to handle it, though the chance of making a new moderator is really low.

Well. This has come as sort of… a shock. It seems like only yesterday that you became the 2nd ever leader (Man, what even happened to WolfTech nowadays?). Knowing that you won’t see my reply, I won’t pour my heart out into this. However, you were a BIG influence on how I was on the forums. I realized that if I’m super helpful, EVERYONE will be helpful back.

I know you hardly even knew me lol, but genuinely I look up to you a lot. Seeing you go is really strange ngl. But I hope you well. We’ll miss you a lot and your big brain lol. You inspired me to really strive to become better at block code and make more advanced tools in gimkit. You’re one of the reason I love this place so much.

Dang. Blackhole, you will forever be missed. I never really talked to you, but I definitely felt your impact in the community, with the positivity and support that you’ve shown, and truthfully saying nothing is impossible. In our minds for eternity will be “nothing is impossible” by the one and only Blackhole927. The gimkit awards, experimenting, helping, and moderating, truly he was a Jack of all trades. Thank you for being in this community, and good luck for what is to come. o7.

If we do get a new mod, it’ll be someone that Team Gimkit trusts. Someone who would enforce the rules. Someone who is already looked up to as a community member. I can’t even imagine a new mod though. We all trusted Blackhole. He was just perfect for it. No one else has that amount of trust that Blackhole had. He didn’t take away my Regular, though my inactivity. He treated our information like he cared about our privacy. Because he did. I’m gonna miss him.
