I think if you buy it from a vending machine it will send a signal when bought

you can probably do it with an item granter though.
item granted → broadcast channel/message.
use the broadcast channel to make a notification, or message pop up
if you can specify more on what message you want sent, I can help.
let me give an example say as soon and item ends up in my inventory and want it to brodcast an message is there any way to do that
