Is there a way to make sentries give you points?

I tried to look for a device that would make a sentry worth points. The whole point of my game is to defeat the sentries and the person with the most points wins. I am really stuck. Please help.

Go to map setting and set the leaderboard to track knockouts.

If you need just the sentries to be tracked and it is possible to knock out players, use this:
