Is there a way to make one player on a team while everyone else is one another team?

I’m trying to make a hide and seek type game where theres one seeker and everyone else is on another team.

How to setup teams for Among Us | Difficulty:

These steps also work for other situations where everyone but one player is on a team, for example a boss battle. The boss would be the imposter, and the cremates would be everyone else.
