Is this possible? If it is, I want to add it to my new game. I know how to move sentries, just not how to make them carry over damage.

Short Answer: No.
Long Answer: It is technically possible using animation, however, it is extremely memory expensive and simply not worth it

You can’t make them carry damage, team gimkit is working on moving sentries. I don’t think damagers work because the sentry can’t trigger it.
They said they want to know if they can carry damage, they know how to move them already.
I know how to move them. But is it possible to have them carry damage? (Or can you damage them without hitting them with the player)

That guide shows how to make a sentry teleport between two portals. I need it to move, like, towards the player (Which I have already figured out) I just need it to carry damage.
Moving Sentries is currently (still) a dev-only option/device, so the way to make Sentries move (besides falling in a platformer map) is to use animation, which basically means a bunch of Sentries are invisible/deactivated, and 1 activates at a time while the previous deactivates. [1]
Keeping heath between them is like 5 times more complicated than making a high quality animation (in GKC).
Add in the Title that you need them to lose health when one of them is damaged. The keeping health part being at the end might make people not realize it’s there (like I did).

I can already move them. I just need to damage them after they move.

made a low accuracy/speed sentry that is not supposed to ko people, just to look like it is going to. That sentry inside a invisible barrier. Put props that take damage around the sentry. Wire from the prop to both the sentry and the barrier, so when the prop is destroyed by someone, the sentry barrier deactivate, so you can move it to a new area. I already have a movement system. I just need a way to damage sentries after they move.
Oh, that takes up way too much memory so I would recommend not doing it at all until the time comes when Josh adds this in Gimkit. You can also ask the nolt for suggestions what to add in Gimkit.
I am only using this on the final boss.

Knockout Manager device, setting the Target to “Sentry,” which can instantly eliminate them.
