Is it possible to “turn on” friendly fire on teams? If so how?
Welcome to this forum? I don’t play video games, so could you inform me what friendly fire is?
Friendly fire pretty much is that people on the same team can hurt each other
To clarify, why wouldn’t you just make it an FFA?
You could take Here_to_help’s suggestion and make it a FFA, and use psuedo teaming for the teams, that way everyone could damage each other but you could still control teams.

That’s what I was going to say, but I wanted to know why they wanted the teams in the first place.

Welcome to the comunity! You can almost always trust anybody with the word “Regular” next to their name. Also, good things to read are posts with this tag: beginner-must-read. You might be able to turn friendly fire on with Pusedo teaming. However, I have no idea how it works but someone else might be able to help you with that.
