Is it possible to make an overlay that Makes you invisible for a certain time period?

I’m making a TF2 game and the spy class can become invisible but since invisibits haven’t been added to GKC, I need help making this.

sadly, not yet, not while moving.

while there might be a way to simulate it (i have no idea), there’s currently no device that makes it easy.

The only way I can think of is making a pixel display, which would probably be time-consuming and difficult.

The idea of being invisible, sadly, is impossible.
The idea of making something happen, though, is possible.
Read these guides for starters:

The idea of you triggering something to make a player’s actions different, is this idea.
If we had a player-modifiable device, it would be possible.
Just for the idea…

I would say a barrier could go over the player and it has scope on so only the players see the barrier but he cannot

You just got to think outside the box like me with my creativity

True. I’ve seen your guides.
I’ve never thought of that… was that a joke?

what’s a joke?

There would need to be a lot of barriers to cover the player.

You could just use one giant barrier

Exactly,

The problem with that is that then the players just can’t see. I also realized that my method wouldn’t work either.

Further explain what you mean

If a barrier is on top of everything, then the player’s won’t be able to see because the barrier is on top of everything. If there are many barriers that activate and deactivate (my idea), then you will easily be able to tell where the player is. Although, if we had a large (completely opaque) barrier layered below and a bunch of smaller (also completely opaque, borderless) barriers layered above and following the invisible player, it might just work.

then you layer the barrier to everything correctly
