actually, copyright really isn’t that serious in gkc publishing, because you are in fact not profiting off of your gkc games.

Yeah, maybe he meant that you are using what they had originally thought of and all the mechanics and you’re profiting (meaning because they made the ideas, you get them on your own without using brain cells).

And the reason you can’t post copyrighted material is not because you make profit from it, but because the company that owns it loses money and the content you are using is protected by law. Gimkit cannot allow you to post that, or they will be fined.

imagine if there was some person who was able to be online enough to moderate at a good level, eg, like 10 people have seen this issue by now, if one of them was a moderator, the issue would have already been resolved
