Are you referring to the Header? (Because Some Headers are Titles)

Ok, first of all, your screen size may be too small to see activity feed, try zooming out or going fullscreen mode

Is it possible to chat while moving? Right now when you press the chat button it stops you in place. You might be able to use overlays.

It might. I’ll go test that. Edit: They don’t stop you. You can keep moving.
