Ideas for NPCs and quests for my game

Please, I need some ideas.

The quests don’t have to follow a storyline, but the story is that the dinosaurs(the bad guys) are trying to control time and go back to the past.

The amount of money earned for a typical quest is $5

Dialog: It’s a vast universe out there… Maybe you could find Polaris for me? I’m a bit Blind.

Quest Name: Betastar
Quest: Find Polaris (telescope activates a camera point device to moving star terrain room where you search for the star, like among us)
Money: the normal amount equivalent to a rare quest to the power of 10
Special ITem: Blue Key (What it does could activate a side quest?)

Dialogue: starts with player approaching him and threatening him
Egradoor: “Please! I’m good! Don’t hurt me…”
Player: “Why should I believe you?”
Egradoor: “I am trying to stop my evil kind, I even am hiding the very thing they are looking for!”
Player: “Let me see…”
BLUE KEY AQUIRED (act likes it the ¿TIME KEY?)
Egradoor: “I need to keep this safe!”
Player: “I’ll make sure it stays safe!”
Egradoor: “thanks, just give this to the Sea Man.”
Egradoor hands you strange paper
Player: “who’s he…?”

Quest info: Find 10 snowballs for Iceis. They are scattered around pathways in an igloo home, in hidden crevaces, and appear in order (kinda like the 10 keycards in One Way Out). But you only find 9. The tenth you get below.
Reward: Epic Snowball Launcher. Sadly no ammo inside.

– I can tell…
– (continue in dry voice) See that creek over yonder? Could you fetch me 50,000 buckets of water?
– Sure! But I don’t see the creek…
– Good. Be back my boy, hehe, be back.

Quest name: Drought Saver
Quest info: You go way over yonder and never find a creek. You go back to the sentry and each time he asks you if you have the water yet, to which you can only reply no. The quest is just a waste of time and unbeatable.

Dialog: Hey, you over there! I seem to have lost my precious talking plant! His name is Raydos, and I haven’t found him in days! I don’t know how he’s gonna survive in this heat! Could you find him for me?
Notes: You can only talk to him after attempting the Drought Saver Quest

Quest: Drought Saver II
Quest info: You can now go back to Raynos and tell him Zeb wants him back. He goes with you there and you complete Drought Saver II.
Reward: Is there anything you need?
a) If you haven’t found the 9 snowballs, then all you can say is no.
b) If you found 9, you can go back and ask for one snowball. He gives you it, and you can complete Iceberg.
