kinda like a medieval rpg game, where kingdoms fight for land, make alliances and stuff. I think it’ll be cool but at the same time I don’t know how to start and if its even possible. if anyone wants to help or if its not possible let me know please.
Continuing what @Aperson_hehe said, after you split up the teams, you’ll want to do some
decorating ![]()
I would suggest using dry grass and stone or a pathway and a castle (duh)
Add some market stalls too
Here are some ideas:
This doesn’t have pictures, but maybe you will still get the concept.
:3
THAT’S SO REAL
Same here
Use properties for resources and alliances, zones for territory control, and triggers for combat and events.
I have seen a similar game on discovery once. Maybe you can look into it for some ideas. (Don’t copy tho)
BTW The game is called capture the territories.
P.S. If the owner of the game sees this. I’m sorry for using your game as an example
how do I make the teams spawn into their own kingdoms? do I use a teleporter or something?
You can use a spawn pad that is only set to one team. Only that team can spawn there.
how do I make it where people pick their own teams?
You could add a pop-up with 2 call to action buttons for 2 teams (or more if you have the season ticket) and when a player presses the team one button, they get switched to team 1, and the same for team 2.
awww man so I can only make 2 teams?
You could make more if you have the season ticket or you could use multiple popups. You could also have a room where you spawn with multiple buttons that change your team.
Or just make multiple spawn pads with a different team for each one
@SixSevenKing if you found a solution then please mark one so this topic can close
I don’t know how to use zones and triggers
Zones detect player presence to trigger events. Triggers react to those events to perform actions in your map.
ohhhh okay thank you KON
