so im taking a break from tuning the coordinate system and thought i would have some fun trying different concepts
for example of what i mean im gonna tell some mechanics that didnt particularly catch my eye and were too simple/or too tough for me
the concepts i dont have interest in
rage meter (fills up when you lose health and doubles your damage and speed when its full lasting until the meter fully depletes)
blind coordinate navigation (too simple just needs a game overlay, popup, coordinate system, and 2 properties)
rpg equipment system (brain hurting and the items would just have to have fixed sub stats plus speed and damage booster arent that precise)
you let out a BIG blow that takes a small amount of dmg to the player-
can be randomized so it either can last long/med/ or short amount of time!
depending on the time it happened for, it can effect the damage taken to the player!
other effects-
slight speed increase
“stinkiness” affecting other players (shield goes down)
“EWW!” pushes back nearby players, because- you stank (lol)
well uh thats… interesting
i could also make a rare chance to send a notification countdown for a questioner crash and call it a nuke countdown
