disclaimer: no, i am not gonna make adofai in gimkit. i am just asking this as a hypothetical question. using a text device for a screen, a bunch of animated barriers in the center of a camera view, and a bunch of spaghetti block code, could you make an ultra crude version of adofai with only 180 tiles, 90 tiles, 270 tiles, and 360 tiles? also, since this isn’t really help, since i don’t actually NEED help on anything but i’m just curious, i’m not exactly sure where to place this.
I think this would go in Help
Hmmmmmm interesting.
Adofai would be very complicated to make in gkc and I think the main problem would be memory.
But I think this is very possible. It’s actually easier because adofai only allows one rotation- this way instead of mapping out a level based on where in the level you are, we can use time as our tracker. Basically, every click should come at a certain time, and if it’s not close enough to that time, you messed up. We just store all the timings in a string and we’re good!
The only thing that is going to be a challenge is making the UI. But think about it again, everything is time-based, so really we’d just have to make a replay of the level getting beaten, and then just black out or something when the player messes up.
So, in short, yes, and honestly I think it might not even be that hard to make. Definitely easier than geometry dash would be, hahaha.
Would this need game-recreation? Please correct me if Im wrong.
I think you could use a series of trigger that all have a 0.2 second delay to simulate the clicks and when the player should click.
And for the speed up spaces you could have it switch to a 0.1 second delay triggers so it requires more precision.
Yes like Toaster said, maybe you can make some triggers that have a delay, and when you speed up the triggers can have 0.1 delay. you could add a lot more things but there goes a lot of memory
i think so since the creator is trying to make adofai in gimkit

Can someone explain to me what adofai is?
Explain what is though… please?
a dance of fire and ice.
peak game
@fred_beans a rhythm game where you have to click at a certain time
o
. . . o
click when the circle touches the box
Geometry dash is actually super easy besides ship wave swing and robot. You can use a movement meter/coordinate device to force the player to move forwards (if they let go they respawn)
No, Gimkit physics are different then the cube physics, so you’d end up making it basically the same with a UI and detecting when the player clicks/jumps, and making the level itself would be insanely hard because you couldn’t use the same method as I did in adofai, basically instead you’d have to have everywhere the player couldn’t be at a specific frame which would be way too much work for anybody to do.
Plus, you’re forgetting that that would be needed anyway for the ball to work, maybe UFO but that’s at least very easy to make.
Not to mention that ship and wave are two extremely important modes in geometry dash. Sure, nobody cares about swing, and robot is one of the later modes and could probably get excused, but I don’t think people would like one of the OG gamemode, ship, to not be in gd, not to mention that wave is almost everybody’s (although it’s the opposite for me) favorite gamemode.
