Hunger System At 5 = Notification (Pictures Highly Appreciated!)

So I have a system using the guide from Hunger System (2/5) :green_square: but I also want it so that when The hunger number reaches 5 It sends a notification.

have a checker check if hunger = 5 on the same channel where hunger decreases if the check passes make it broadcasts on a random channel finally make the notification appear on the same channel
