How to Track and See Your Ping in the Game!

It is lag in a game.

what do you mean by “lag”

it’s how fast data can travel from one server to another and is recorded in milliseconds aka what th3_ca1tsune said: lag.

EXACTLY
idk how no one else has thought of it

like, let’s say you see a really complicated guide.
it seems really cool, but you don’t want to go to all the trouble of building it if you’re not sure it’ll be cool.
YOU NEED A SHOWCASE LINK TO TEST IT FIRST!!!
ITS SUCH A GREAT IDEA!!!

dude.
saying something is off-topic doesn’t justify it at all.
i don’t even run the wix anymore, but you turning it into a source of off-topic posting on the forums really makes me want to not accept you.

You changed your pfp for like a second lol

sorry cringekarlscott
anyways this guide is helpful for very laglike games, i.e. games that have like 90% memory

Don’t worry about it lol.

I tried this and my ping was normal, which was 19ms. I would probably never use this but it’s nice to check your lag and such.

~20 ms for me, but I’m guessing it’d be worse if you aren’t the host.

uhh no
why would that matter?

When testing my racing game I noticed that even though someone else’s screen said they were beating me at the end of the race, my screen (the host’s screen) showed I was winning, and the game gave me the win.

what does this have to do with your “ping”
