It is pretty similar to this guide, but using the above guide, the player who is tagging always gets respawned after they tag the other person, well I am here to fix that.
Tagging
First, you will need 2 tag zones. Inside the first one, set the first team to be able to tag. Set the channels so that when player tagged, tag 1 activates, and this tag zones deactivates on tag1 and activates on tag 2, like this.
Do the same thing for the other tag zones but make team 2 be able to tag and make sure that tag2 activates when the player is tagged, and that the second tag zones deactivate on tag2 and activated on tag1. Set this tag zone to be inactive when game starts.
Notifications
For the notifications, you will need 2 triggers and 2 notification devices, one saying you are tagging and one saying that you are running. Make sure that both triggers are at 1 or 2 second delay.
Now for the wiring. Wire tag zone 1 to the trigger: When player tagged -->trigger. Then wire the trigger to the notification with the tagging message:When triggered–>open notification.

One thing to make sure is that if the entire team switches, then make the notifications for all players on triggering players team.
Wire the tag zone 1 to the second trigger: when player tags–>trigger, and the second trigger to the notification with the running message: when triggered–>show notification.
Do the exact same thing with the second tag zone. When player tagged–>trigger, when triggered–>show notification. And when player tags–>trigger, and when triggered–>show notification.
Hope this guide helps a little bit for the taggers not getting respawned.
