Put 2 triggers down.
2.
Add a trigger delay for how long you want
The trigger delay should last the same for the 2 triggers.
3. Add a damager, or health granter, or a mix of both.
Then do the same thing with the second trigger.
And you’re done! It should look like this or this!
Hope this helps!

this was actually helped quite a bit because I left the forum for abt a year and I don’t remember trigger loops being that big of a thing. Now I’m ashamed to admit it but I used repeaters on my among us map. I did use a few trigger loops tho. Repeaters are good though when you need to be lazy and copy paste them for all the tasks.
Shown in the picture below, place down a trigger, make it transmit on X Channel when triggered, and trigger when receive on X Channel. In this case, the trigger could transmit on a certain Channel in a specific interval without using two triggers (Don’t forget to wire a lifecycle/devices that could send a channel to the trigger so it can start its looping process).
This system won’t work.
why?
Because you need to send a channel to one of the trigger in order to start the loop, if you just leave the trigger loop this way, it won’t start triggering, so you will need a lifecycle wired to one of the trigger to make it start triggering.
I used a simple kind of way to make a trigger loop. If you want to make a guide for a better trigger loop, you can! (Also I am randomly interested in seeing it lol)
(This is very late lol)
I didn’t say on how you could make it work. You could use a channel(like you said), an overlay, etc. Better yet, you don’t need a channel for it to work!
YOu could make a lava pit(put a zone and connected it to trigger loop), or just put regeneration on you if it’s a dungeon game with passives and abilities
