There has been no indication by the staff of any release date. The most information we have is that it’s coming in the later part of this year.

but,
is there already a (big/ultimate) guide to houses, and buildings?
(for both top-down and platformer)
if there aren’t, then people could probably use it.

and I could add functioning parts to the houses.
(I’m also asking because I don’t wanna make a pointless guide)

I don’t believe there is already a guide on skyscrapers (though I may be wrong) and I’m confused on the second part of you comment (the one about functioning houses). Are you saying you can show me how to allow people inside of the buildings (I already know how to do it) or are you talking about something else?

yes, being able to enter the building, but also opening windows, or just simply turning on lights.
(simple, small things like that)
