Yeah… but even after Nixximon posted his guide people still were asking for thumbnails so here are some steps you can do to make a good thumbnail.
1.Go on Google and search up a picture of a Gim you want.
2.Copy the image and if the background isn;t transparent, you can use a background remover to remove the background.
3.Make a new Google Slideshow and add the images of gims you want.
4.Choose a background from the googl slides settings and change the background that is related to your game.
5. Add props and other decorations in your thumbnail.
6.Take a screen shot of it or something and put it in your game!

True, I was going to say that. If you’re going to put a credit to another guide, then there’s no point in making it.
Google is how you make a thumbnail? And slides? What if someone didn’t have access to a Google Drive account?
well, not necessary. it depends.
Is there a way you can create a custom gim?

that image must be in free use or public domain (or you could get a license to use it) because copyrighted material isn’t allowed in gimkit, including thumbnails
otherwise, your game will get demonetized unpublished or deleted
You don’t actually get any benefit/monetization from your game (unlike games like Roblox), so doing that should be fine, right?
