You will need:
Speckled Gray
Barrier 3x
Metallic(Dark)
Use the Speckled Gray as the shape of the head, and use the Metallic for the ears, eyes, and nose, layered above the Gray. Now, combine two rectangular barriers(One thick and pink and one thin and black) and a pink circular barriers to make the tongue.
