How do you resize any of the zones?

I have been trying to resize zones, but I can’t figure it out. I’ve looked up what I can do on the forum, but it seems like a common sense thing that no one explains because everyone knows how it works.

Click the zone and there should be a Change Size button on the bottom-left-corner.
