How do you get respawn (or spawn) percentages

Does anybody know how to get respawn percentages for a sentry? (Such as a 50% respawn chance). Also, how do you get drop rates? (Such as a 25% chance that a prop will drop a specific item once destroyed or a button to have a chance to drop something). If you could help me out with this, that would be great !

I know it involves blocks, (which I’m absolutely trash at) so ask somebody who’s good at blocks?

How to make a quick easy randomizer(updated version)
im too lazy for details but just use this and simple fraction to percentage conversions. broadcast on channel to activate a sentry after it gets knocked out or whatever.
