I need help on this.
What is it for? I know you can use psuedo-health by having a sentry at one health and then instantly respawn it. This allows you to change a variable everytime you hit it. This variable would obviously be health
It’s for a bossfight, so that doesn’t work.
Is your boss moving? Or do you want it to be able to fire back so eliminating it and respawning it would interfere? Maybe the sentry will just be the weakpoint. For the health bar, you can hide a non-collision prop each time it loses health. These props could be in a line hidden from right to left
You could use pseudo health:
Otherwise, this is currently unaddable, due to the inability to see a sentry’s health.
Now, if the sentry’s health bar was showing, you’d probably be able to.
Tracking a sentry’s HP is impossible without pseudo-health.
Now, now @PhoenixWander…
We all saw Blackhole’s farewell post in here:
Nothing is IMPOSSIBLE, it’s just currently not added in GKC.
. . .
That post has been debunked. Several times.
It’s not impossible, sure, it’s just not possible in the way the OP wants it to be, yet.
(Obv, we’ve seen this feature made, since it’s shown in apocalypse)
and may never be
can’t believe people still conclude that post is right about everything, sure there are other ways to do things but some things are impossible (e.g. moving sentries with carrying over health)
As it takes health, hide barriers or props that display the boss’s health. A health bar. Also the sentries not being able to fire when taking damage could be one of the sub weapons of the boss that you have to damage to defeat the boss. This adds another mechanic to your game and strategy when fighting the boss.
A: The question has been answered
B: dont bypass.
You can technically use fragility for the sentry because it shows it on the sentry (if you want to use fragility)
yes. I am.
Can we please stop responding to a solved topic, where the OP just isnt online to mark a solution
Maybe read the post? You’d see we gave an answer. OP just isnt online.
Can you track fragility with a property? Does it move the sentry?
a. I’m not sure but prob
b. yes kind of but you can just block it with a barrier that is invisible behind it
A: No you can’t.
B: it doesn’t move the sentry.
Okay, thanks for all of your help! Can someone summarize the solution for me?
It’s not currently possible without Pseudo-Health since they haven’t implemented the apocalypse health tracking yet.
