How do i make a speedrun timer? (preferably by the millisecond)

as you guys may know i am making gimkits hardest tower/platformer and i want to add a speedrun timer for the nolifes that can actually beat it and want even more of a challenge i would prefer if it could be activated on your first input. (i am aware there are guides already but the images do not show so its kind of pointless) Thanks!
