It’s wooden signs with a scope of player. When you enter the zone that they are in, they are hidden. When you leave, they are shown.

The scope setting in the ‘Availability’ tab is set to ‘Player’. There is a zone that detects when you are in the dugout or near it and hides the signs. When you leave the zone, it shows the signs.
