this game is inspired by roblox doors, but i would like to get some ideas for what the objective of the game could be, lore ideas, etc. what are your ideas? here are some lore things that may go well in the game?
Log 005 (Extended): “I thought locking the door would keep us safe, but the lights are flickering, and the screams are louder now. The experiment isn’t confined—it’s out there. We shouldn’t have tampered. We can’t escape the consequences of our curiosity.”
Log 009 (Extended): “I hear the whispers grow closer, inching toward my isolation. They echo the cries of The Research Crew, their former selves lost. I can see shadows under the door. They’re coming—I will not jo!n them in whatever nightmare they’ve become…”
Log 004: “The situation is deteriorating. I found one of our team members in a trance. They claimed to hear whispers from the plants. I will investigate the roots of these specimens tonight. Perhaps they are communicating? Whatever’s happening, it’s growing more unsettling.”
Log 006: “I’ve done something terrible. The upgrades to the sentries were meant to protect us. Instead, they have become more autonomous and aggressive. I’ve lost control. Anyone reading this, be on high alert! They don’t recognize teammates anymore.”
Log 007: “The whispers have grown louder. I’ve just checked the cryogenic chamber and found it empty… The Captain must have made a grave mistake. The cryogenics were not meant for storage, but for… containment. I need to find everyone before it’s too late.”
Log 008: “We are not alone. I heard something moving in the shadows while repairing the mainframe. I thought it was a teammate, but there’s no one around. I am sealing the entryway. I wish I hadn’t ignored the warnings. The sentries are active.”
Log 009: “I fe@r for my life. I found remnants of The Research Crew scattered throughout the station. Their last logs paint a dark picture. How can I escape this nightmare? I must hide; I can hear them. They’re not human anymore…”
Log 010: “This will be my last entry. We made a horrific discovery. The experiments weren’t failures; they were a means to an end. I hope the recordings survive us. Flee this vessel while you still can. Trust no one. The plants… they know…”
If you want, make updates to anything featured here. add locations , extra logs, extra rooms, etc.
Make pieces of the map seem overrun / taken over by plants. Make the player unable to go to those areas without dying until having certain requirements. [1]
Leave small hints on how to counteract most monsters, and maybe hints on how to play the game via small notepads left by the surviving team members.
Maybe add a log in a secret room you can find by going through a maze of vents, which reveals a mission directive sent from Vortex High Command to the Vortex agent who sabotaged the plants.

I was wrong. The plants stopped attacking us, but went for the fuel. Now we are stranded. At least the Cooking Crew made us some muffins. Oh, they are so good! We have been ordered to try and head for the escape pods, but they keep on picking on us one by one.
