I am planning to buy the Gimkit Season Ticket 3, which includes the Beta Version of the Platformer Mode in GKC. Will I be able to make a platformer map, and then publish it?

At the moment, the platforming beta has not been released, so there aren’t really any answers to your questions other than, once it is released, you can make platformer maps.
