TL3’s can create wikis, but only TL4’s can edit a post to turn it into a wiki.

Yes, use the team switcher and a relay to randomly pick a player to switch to team(whatever) and when you say display do you mean to show the code? Or like it says who was chosen. You can use a notification device to notify who was chosen.
