actually, I have tested this onmymain computer, my school computer, and my friends laptop and each have the same amount of respawn time. (first calculation was a bit off I looked over it I misread it it was 1.19 which is still not great)
all around 1.15-1.20 seconds
oh ._.
I guess it is rocket science haha
yea haha.
Still, it’s an improvement! Lol
Should we add research to this?
I mean it’s up to you, you could tho. I don’t see why not
yep! haha. maybe one day we will find a even better alternative. until then, 0.83 is our best
Would this classify as research? i’m not sure. Let’s be on the safe side and keep it as is
It could go both ways. If you want to add it, you can
Edit: Oops. Fine with me!
I’ll add it. It’s not really for a specific game, and we can look further into it. ![]()
@Y0ur_L0cal_Weird0 You rspacebar isstill bro ken ;-;
fine with me!
I wont be posting because I was sadly born as a human being and must sleep, but in the morning I’ll check what you guys might of came upw ith
if there’s nothing that’s cool too
Understandable. Well, see ya later! (same for me)
instead of respawning you could make a room that has text and a black barrier that says respawning and then teleport then there when they die or you can just make them a spectator || then teleport them where the respawn point is and… Yeah,
But we can’t detect when a gadget blast hits a player, so we can’t teleport the player in the first place.
That’s the crux of the problem
I KNOW you need to make the guy spectator when they die then turn them to player again and YEAH BOOOOOOOOOOM IM SO GOOD FRFRFRF
But you can’t do ANY of that if you can’t detect when the player dies.
You also can’t go back into a player from spectating, so it wouldn’t work in the first place
well you could use that technique with the respawner and have low health and if you knockout/¨Get hit¨ than it teleports you on the like 3 time to a location
