There are Eleven GKA Topics. It’s not going to be that hard to find it. 
Actually you can use Ctrl+f to find anything you need in the topic by searching with key words which for your situation would be like “Final” , “time”, “vote” etc.
(@Unstable , maybe you could add that to the original post so people can find things a bit easier?)
