It should be around the same time span in total, with both nominations and voting taking a week each, and the video most likely will take a little while, something like two weeks hopefully. There will be some downtime between the nominations and final vote, and the video may end up taking a little while longer then expected. Just depends on how things end up going from here on.

just a small question out of curiosity.
for the “Best Game remake” catagory, is it still considered a remake if its heavily inspired by another game, however has a lot of its own elements? what exactly separates a game remake from a game that’s heavily inspired by another game when it comes to the Gimkit awards?

I’m gonna make my best guess here and say that that category means a normal video game (Fortnite, among us, …) is remade into gimkit, and made very detailed and accurate

The best game remake category means that it was inspired by another popular activity, sport. video game, etc. (e.g. soccer, monopoly, minecraft)

I think it was stated that the season tickets were no longer the prize, and they have the Gimbuck prizes back now.
