These years awards haven’t ended so there’s no date for when the awards will be next year ( and if there even gonna be awards)

Next year’s Awards might be around May-June, just like in the past year and this current one. Take my advice with a pinch of salt though.

The results have been in for ages however we are unfortunately still working on the video announcing the results at this time.
Unfortunately we are indeed running into internal issues with the team. The initial person responsible for the voiceovers has just left the team because for unknown reasons and the leftover team has to just pick up with whatever’s left (which is unfortunately basically nothing 
). Don’t worry, I’ve got the Voiceover covered and plan to record this week, and the video editors are just waiting for my lovely voice to finalize the video.
No guarantees for the moment but most likely spring of next year is the goal. Even if next year’s team doesn’t have the dates, we can guarantee that we will have GKA return next year.

Hey folks, that’s me! I am and have left the gimkit community, and will no longer be responsible for the awards going forward.
Rest assured that this in fact was not your fault, forums users. I was a member of the community for about 2.75 years, and it was simply my time to move along.
I already sent a large goodbye message in the discord, nothing on the wix, as I was gone without a trace. I would have done the same here, but whatever.
That’s that, folks. I’m as good as gone.

As semi-true/semi-false this is, rest assured that it’s only one person who’s jumped ship (tbh we’ve had a lot more secretly leave for also known and unknown reasons but that’s besides the point) and the remaining team is trying to produce the best video we can with the shortening timeframe, way past deadline pressures, and little resources remaining. I’d like to most especially update that the voiceover has been completed and two editors are working double time against the clock to complete the awards announcements.
I’d also like to bring to light that our main issue this year was simply poor management amongst all fields of the team, and next year’s team will not run into that problem. The GKA 2026 Team is working behind the scenes trying to make next year’s awards better than ever.
Simply put, don’t worry. The awards won’t be “cooked” or at least to the degree that we’ll never do it again. The team is doing its best to manage a quality event for the community. We have this under control.

If your map is lost in the last one can you compete in the next one???
Anyone who made it to the final vote last year was disqualified this year, and I assume the same will be true next year if you were included in the final vote this year’s awards.
