So there are many pumpkins:

Giant pumpkin (barrier art)
Get 8 regular sized circle barriers and range them as so then make the stem!
- Square pumpkin
You need two barriers that are same size with border then 3 wooden this is important because metal poles are rounded, colored black and two barriers covering the gaps.
- Lumpy pumpkin (Sorry I made this after looking sorry @Frozen_cursor
Just get 10 dry bushes range them as so and one barrier in the top.

Seed pumpkin
take the item image and have get 4 orange seeds and 1 dark green seed and put as shown. -
Pumpkin pie
Get 8 barriers three 0.01 circles 1 long pale 1 short pale 2 sideways orange 1 long orange and put together like this. -
Jack O lantern (Different style of Giant pumpkin)
Put yellow barriers into triangles with 3 and then take sides and put next to each other for mouth. -
Pixel pumpkin (terrain)
