I’ve started work on a platformer map, but I’m out of ideas. I’ve checked out a lot of guides, but I’m still stuck. I’m looking for ideas for a simple game, something as straightforward as this:
Lockbreak Protocol
Genre: Stealth / Rescue/ Good old-fashioned fun… Goal: Free imprisoned Gims from a guarded facility
My main idea was to have a player go through a series of challenges to find, in the end, the right key to free the prisoners. If you have any more ideas, please list them below…Or any helpful guides or resources you’d recommend, please share them below🥰That would be greatly appreciated.
Okay, that’s a nice idea, but I’m still learning how to use devices, and I’m looking for something a lot simpler. Thanks for the idea, though! I’ll see what I can do—wish me luck!
Oh sorry if I didn’t make it clear, but Im in the middle of the process, and have no progress on it yet (besides terrain) Sorry again if that info was foggy, im gonna update it!
use a worker kunlun to snipe the warden to distract him / her or idk to distract so you can slip by. also maybe add a mini-boss of a random guy who you accidentally angered because you tried to hit a police during the escape, and accidentally hit him really hard instead, and its the hardest (or at least really difficult if there’s another guy) boss for no reason whatsoever.
If you’re planning on making this a solo game, use Sentries to do some of the stuff above and use nearly invisible gray barriers activate and deactivate on a timer to make the “looking around” for stealth sections.
Or you could make this a multiple player game where 1/4 or 1/3 of the players are guards and the rest are prisoners sneaking around or rioting trying to escape.
