There’s also the enter key, which can be used to press buttons.

You’d need a direct key from your keyboard to make it a keybind.
Also, keybinds can be used anywhere. Spamming buttons everywhere is not memory-efficient, and probably annoying.

Maybe mess around with the files and the code a bit? Or even just change the computer settings? Idk cause i’m dumb

Hey, @wingwave, I had a really good idea. (I’m new to the forums. Enlighten me with criticism.) So my Chromebook - (yes I’m broke.) Has a setting in the settings tab where you can change each key to a different key. So if E = Open Add Tab but I want the Open Add tab to be Y. In my settings I can change Y=E so b/c E = Open Add Tab, Y = Open Add Tab It could be a bit confuzzling but its one of the strategies I was thinking of. Chromebook only ofc. It could be accessible on Windows or other engines but not completely sure.
- Just bonus… It also works on mouse side buttons. (I’m a gamer.)
Unfortunately this still won’t work because there’s only 6 keys that do anything.
But how do you do that on a Chromebook?

To change your keybinds on Chromebook. Find the SETTINGS on the Chromebook. It’s usually in the launcher - That circle thing or at the bottom of your screen. Also accessible through pressing the timer on your screen and then pressing the settings button.

All I can think of rn with this is a passive ability…
Here’s what we have so far:
- Gadget reloads
- Buttons absolutely everywhere
- Zones/teleporters???
Zones and teleporters are really simple (very annoying though), and I just tested the idea. It didn’t work as planned, haha…

yeah, @Blackjack, I was thinking of another method very similar.
If this makes any sense to anyone at all lol.
I was thinking that when game starts. A Blaster was granted and sort-of how wing was thinking when the reload and they are in a zone it teleports them to do a certain action besides reloading.

Oh, that. None of those keys actually do anything in-game.
Sort of? Basically, it tracks ammo drain.
Regular really isn’t that big of a deal. All you can do with it is organize topics and gain respect from new users that look up to big titles.
This post shows you a way to make it, so why wait for an update?
Too bad the old post got deleted. Rithekd and Shdwy were thinking about tracking the number keys from 1 to 5. We can track when they press it. Just make it so that they can’t shoot in that area with that specific gadget so that when they press the R key (the key that reloads the gadget), it can check the ammo drain and broadcast on a channel.

Indeed. For the second question, a keybinding is when a player has the ability to press a certain key on the keyboard, not something on the screen, so overlays are out.

The Clay Institute is a university IRL, and offered 1 million dollars each to whoever could solve 7 difficult math problems in 2,000. Thus, hard problems are called “Clay Institute problems”.
