You have extra brakets for the end poll writing. That’s why it doesn’t change into poll format.

After making the copy, I found out that you can’t put polls in drop down boxes without them breaking as well

Really? Huh, kind of strange. I have also noticed that when you start typing in a dropdown it closes on the right side of your screen.
