The account is unlikely to be an alternative account, while system-generated anonymization uses a numeric suffix, manual naming is possible.
Also, @anon77744531 is Gimsolver/Stache, who requested an anonymization a while ago after getting suspended and IP banned, those two accounts (most likely) have no connection whatsoever.
