Is there a way that you can have the host basically become the Dungeon Master and guide the other players through the story?

im not totaly sure how though but iâll try to find a way
Thanks my man! I appreciate all the help I can get
You can use this or a spawn pad set to host only.

Woah, that guide has 400 views. Awesome. âŠď¸
what is a Dungeon master (Never played d and d before)
the narator/ person who makes the story and encounters
I donât think they make the story, I think itâs closer to narrating the story.
basically the story teller/God of the current DnD session that controls what happens they usually go by script or go off their own creativity and make the story as the players move on with the story to my understanding
No commentâŚ
Jk the Dungeon Master acts as the story teller and controls what the NPCs and enemies do. (Generally when it comes to enemies the Dungeon Master rolls dice to see what he does)
(sorry off topic) no actualy the dungeon master makes the storyline and lets the players find thier own way through it
basically yeah
( once my wizard died of 1d4 griddy damage because the dungeon master absolutely hated me lol)
but anyways DND in gkc is possible its just a lot like an RPG based off randomizers
and it would be optional to make it more turn based
but yeah the story would have to be scripted
Same. My dad was the Dungoen Master for my familyâs campaign and I apparently âshot myself in the footâ with my own crossbow even though I rolled an 18. It ended up doing 5 Piercing damage and I had poison-tipped arrows so it ended up K1lling me
So they couldnât really choose what happens like anything but you could like choose enemies. or like a selection of three styles of maps and stuff with a room that has triggers and makes it so popups t\o inform of a changing point or something happening.
Good idea! Thanks guys
