Can you draw on a sentry or create a sentry skin made by you?

I would like to make my mode more interesting by making a sentry that looks like an ordinary gim or something else. Can I draw on the sentry or anything? If I can draw or change how it looks, how do I do that?

I don’t think that they allowed drawing on the game.
