Button that is on screen [resolved]

i was curious and i pressed a button and something different happened. look here:

look at the section i am in. it used to show all of my pms, with system, mods, and discobot. what does that button mean? the others are notifs, replies, likes, bookmarks, but what is the other?

It’s when a regular edits the tags/title of your topic, or when a new topic is created.
