Best ways to fill someones screen with notifications and what not?

so yeh I need a system that completely covers the victims screen in notifications and plenty more
I could probs do one my self but my laziness got the better of me ._.
you may ask what I’m doing this for? answer is simple to do what’s practically a lag and screen fill ex3cution with it’s victim being [YOU SHALL NOT PASS] and in honor of cellofive/jt
so best methods anyone? XD

you can change the notification part to modal popups
while keeping 1 that is notifications

even better you can add an extra notif one that just pops up in a different spot
