How do I make a jumpscare?

I need to know how to make a jumpscare for game i’m in the process of making. Before you say “SeArCh BeForE yOu pOsT” I already did, none of the guides have pictures. It’s a bit complicated to follow the guides without pictures. So, can someone help me with making a jumpscare system please? (With Pictures.)
