Wires Not Functioning Like They Should Along With Block Code

Anyways, I was trying out my new voting system, right? But there were a couple problems. 1. The Wires were not functioning. I wired the popup to open the next popup when pressing the call to action, but they did not open.
2. The Block Code is inconsistenly running. Sometimes, the block code works. Other times, it does not.
