Winter bakery idea is almost done! HELP

I brought a cozy idea to life! I’m so happy! ( I know this is really late because Christmas is over, but hey winter is still here right?) Also I totally didn’t wake up in the middle of the night to send this… Anyways I’m sort of stuck. Should I add a rug (definitely not sand) under the welcome sign thingy on the floor? (Yes, behind the “Welcome” on the floor is a muffin. I’ve stared at it for so long that I think it may be a cupcake.) To create a “welcome mat?” Like I did under the two tables near the top right, Orr just leave it. What else should I add? Cause I was thinking of maybe doing a little cozy corner near the bottom right. How should I do that… Honestly the Bakery is looking so very dull

Welcome to the forums! I think that one way you could make your scene look better is adding a barrier or terrain under the welcome mat, and making the text easier to read, because right now, it is difficult to read because it does not really stand out against the background.

you could add more colerful deckerations like a crismistree with ordamints and alternating woods for the floor

Can You Bake in the ovens? You should add a mechanism so customers will spawn and you have to bake and serve them by their order. You should also code the customers so they can order and talk. You should also add a door with a bell, too.

I didn’t think you could make sentries appear and disappear! Is there a way to do that…? I’m probably missing something lol but I though you could just activate and deactivate them.

But Yes blu3pr1nt baking in the ovens would be fun, but if you want to proceed with the stoy or whatever and not go on a baking “side quest” then probably best to make it optional

Yes I noticed that too, Thank you for suggesting that. I will change it right away!

That is a really cute idea!:pink_heart:

Gulp… kinda scary but I can definitely try!

So real😅

It would be fun🥲

First off, I just wanted to say this is one of the cutest builds I’ve ever seen! Anyways, here are my thoughts

I do like the sand idea (honestly I didn’t even notice it was sand at first so props to you!). However, I think you should maybe use Snowy grass instead? I just personally think it looks more like a rug than sand and would probably fit your wintery vibe more. Honestly, I think you could even use dry grass if you still wanted to rock with yellow (it just has more of that rug texture than sand does). Anyways, I absolutely think you should add a rug of some sort at the front entrance! (No matter which option you go with).

I love the cute little emojis you added onto a few of the tables (so definitely leave those in!), but I think they’re missing something. Perhaps you could add something a little more festive? I’m not saying you have to go all Christmas mode, but I think maybe by adding blue/white flowers or something of that nature could really make a big difference!

As for the bottom right corner, I think you should definitely add a Christmas tree (I know this has already been said, but I still think its a good idea!). If you do end up adding a tree there, definitely make sure to add presents and a tree skirt (those rugs you see under trees) underneath! That would really tie everything together quite nicely if I do say so myself

As for the whole build, I would definitely add Christmas lights and garlands around the whole place! That would set off the cost Christmas vibe instantly! Im not really sure how one would accomplish that in Gimkit creative (probably lots of barriers and a dream :folded_hands:), but I think if you could bring that idea to life, it could be really cute!

Sorry for the long paragraphs, I just get really into some of my ideas . ALSO you should definitely add a mailbox!
