I am at basic trust level and I read the discourse trust levels guide and it said that by basic trust level you are able to flag people but for some reason it won’t let me flag anyone. Does anyone know?
You cant here till you are tl2, please don’t ask about this stuff…

You cannot flag people as a basic user

you click the three dots once you become a member (i think)
