Platformers are always really laggy. If you have a trail or a complex skin on, try removing that.

You have other tabs open and the device memory/power isn’t strong enough to handle it. If it’s a computer you’re using then something else is wrong.

It definitely could be your device, but platformers in general can be laggy, especially if they’re high-memory.

Possibly another tab running with lots of things loading, like ads.

Yes its most likely a computer issue if you have no other tabs open. Best thing I can recommend is play on another device.

ima not flag this, but don’t make off topic posts or you might get mauled by someone else, anyways, might be that you have a horrible chromebook with 128 bytes of ram, or the optimization of the map is bad.
