My item granters are not showing up in game. Can someone tell me why?

It is because item granters can’t be seen in game. If it when you are editing, exit your map and restart your page. Then rejoin your map

Only buttons, vending machines, text and item spawners can be seen in-game.
And teleporters.

Don’t forget about checkpoints, and item spawners they can be see too!
