When we host a map that was published on discovery how many people can we have in one game?

Depends if the host is playing and brings players or playing solo.

5 if the host does not have the season pass 60 if they do

No, season pass owners can’t host 60 people. You can only host 60 people in editing mode, and whether or not you have the season pass doesn’t matter there.
