Usually, the red box means nothing. But just to double check, generate a link after publishing it, try it, and if it shows, then you’re probably good.

its the biggest size you can put… I guess…
like that doesn’t mean that your image doesn’t work… It’s perfectly fine..

as loc gim and lian said, the red box is perfectly normal
if you can’t publish though, check if its a jpeg just in case
