I’m making a map where you start in a valley and have to explore caves to find other places. What terrain should I make the entrance to the cave? (It will be a hole in the ground btw) Here’s an image of the valley if it helps:
Maybe cement
is it called concrete?
Dirt
Dark scraps
Space rock
Speckled gray
(updated)
Oh, I didn’t even think of dirt idk why. Okay that might work.
You could use terrain layering and space rock
Use concrete and dark terrain.
Search “dark” in the terrain section.
You could also add a dark barrier around the cave, with torches that light up the cave.
Since it’s underground maybe you can have an escape hatch that teleports you down a ladder (use wooden signs/bicycle rack(s) to the cave?
hmm…maybe but i think that that would be too high-tech-ish if you know what i mean.
Not gonna lie, that valley looks CLEAN from that angle
Dark scraps or concrete.
Also, your game looks like the thumbnail from Blastball, but instead, the spectators are trees and you’re on a forest. Pretty funny!
that valley looks amazing! maybe you could add warning signs around the cave, like ones that say ‘danger.’ just a cool idea
