What should I add to my beach map?

This is what I have so far I don’t really have a good idea for what I want the game to be but its beach themed and I want to make a beach side town in the game

Fix the areas where the water doesn’t go fully under the sand (on the left side)

wow, such a wonderful map, I like how you added layers.
A couple months ago I saw a guide on this, I would link it but it has no images and I can’t find it.
In the guide it had a good idea on adding coral in the water and changing the alpha to around 0.60 to make it look like its underwater, same goes for any other underwater prop.

Quite barren, add some plant life and evidence of people being there (towels, umbrellas, etc..)

Maybe add some custom beach baIIs and/or sand castles? Maybe even custom umbrellas, chairs, and towels

How about one of those weird lifeguard huts? These things:

Also, you can use real beaches for references, this is my favorite beach in the world, Nai Thon in Thailand:

It has these cool rock formations you can climb on, and a really cool staircase that looks like this:

You can add all of these things, especially the rocks, I think they’re really cool
Also it has a swing :)

Also add more people, it looks kinda lonely. (unless this is for an abandoned island or smth)

I feel like the terrain layering could use some improvement. Put some water on a higher layer so that it overlaps the lower layer and doesn’t look goofy.

fix this pls

Add walls (if you haven’t yet) and then add sand or the outside of the walls made of sand or water and then after the walls of sand or water add more sand or water

Add some trees and maybe some people. Add fish maybe?

Here, you could use this idea:

Here, I’ve used different, but similarly colored terrains to make the sand look three dimensional. The brown terrain is dirt, and the tan terrain is Wasteland. I personally like the wasteland better, but, I didn’t know if you had the season ticket or not.

You can experiment with other terrains and pick which ones best fit your idea.

This isn’t necessarily a great example but here I’ve added some grass to go on top.

a snack shack or maybe a surf shop.

maybe try adding wet sand of some sort

you know what i dont see in your map? Trees. and shade. you can put trees and then add barrier that have no cloision as shade then put thme on the top layer so it looks like there in shade.

it kinda looks bad but you get the point. and you can make custom trees

I feel like I saw a guide on how to make accurate shadows, i forgot what its called though

That looks really good thank yall for all your ideas

I got it you just make the prop you want to make shadowed fully tinted and then turn transparency down
